1. About the Platform & our role

The Platform is an online marketplace that helps families in Singapore discover foreign domestic helper ("helper") profiles listed by licensed employment agencies, and connect with those agencies. We are a licensed Employment Agency. The Platform facilitates introductions; the actual recruitment, placement and employment of a helper is arranged directly between the family, the listing agency and/or the helper, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Manpower ("MOM").

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 21 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to register for an account. There are two main account types:

• Family accounts — for individuals seeking to hire a helper; and
• Agency accounts — for MOM-licensed employment agencies that wish to list helper profiles.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Registration & approval

Browsing public profiles is free and does not require an account. To unlock full photos, biodata, work history and agency contact details, families must register and be approved. We review every new family account and may approve, decline, or request further information at our discretion to maintain the safety and integrity of the Platform. We may also verify the licence status of agencies before enabling listings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• provide false, misleading or impersonating information;
• scrape, harvest, copy, download or republish profiles, photos or data from the Platform, whether by automated means or otherwise;
• circumvent the gating, blurring or access controls that protect helper data;
• use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or discriminatory purpose, or in breach of MOM regulations;
• upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems; or
• use any contact details obtained through the Platform to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

5. Agency listings & content

If you are an employment agency, you represent and warrant that:

• you hold a valid MOM Employment Agency licence and will keep it in good standing;
• all listing content — including photos, biodata and references — is accurate, current and not misleading;
• you have obtained all necessary consents from each helper to collect, use and display her personal data on the Platform; and
• your listings and conduct comply with all applicable laws, including MOM rules and the Employment Agencies Act.

You retain responsibility for your listings. We may edit, suspend or remove any listing that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law.

6. Family obligations & data use

If you are a family, you agree to use helper profiles and contact details solely for the genuine purpose of evaluating and arranging the hiring of a helper. You must keep any gated information you access confidential and must not share, publish, or use it for any other purpose. Misuse of helper personal data may result in suspension of your account and may breach the PDPA.

7. Hiring & our role as an intermediary

The Platform helps you find and contact agencies. Any interview, contract, placement fee, security bond, insurance, work permit application and employment relationship is arranged directly between you, the agency and/or the helper. While we take reasonable steps to feature licensed agencies, we do not independently verify every detail of every listing, and we are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, the agreements you enter into with an agency or helper.

8. Fees

Browsing and registering as a family is currently free. Any fees payable for an actual placement or agency services are determined and charged directly by the relevant employment agency in accordance with MOM regulations. We will clearly notify you in advance if we introduce any fees for use of the Platform.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, layout, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to Humanskills Pte Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. Listing content remains the responsibility of the agency that supplied it.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate, complete or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humanskills Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your dealings with any agency or helper introduced through the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humanskills Pte Ltd, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct may harm the Platform, other users, or any third party. You may stop using the Platform and request closure of your account at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
